Role Summary and Impact 

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) in Poland, you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist (Google Ads Focus), who will:  

  • Collaborate directly with global WPP media houses to build SEM activity strategies for international markets (e.g. UK, USA, EMEA)
  • Achieve established KPIs for e-commerce, performance, and brand recognition
  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, and offer targeted recommendations
  • Run SEM campaigns from A to Z, also using SA360 and Microsoft Advertising
  • Have a chance to gain experience from the assistance of more experienced professionals


Skills and Experience 

If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 

  • Fluency in English
  • 1.5+ years experience in planning Google Ads/Search campaigns
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a natural affinity for numbers
  • Ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
  • Eagerness to work with Google Analytics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Eagerness to work directly from Poland
  • Experience in Search Ads, Bing Ads, or/and Data Studio - this is a bonus!
