Junior Finance Analyst

What you'll get to do:

• Support planning cycles, month-end closing activities and audit requests
• Support preparing analysis and financial reports for management purposes
• Support delivering relevant KPIs analysis and actionable recommendations
• Monitor forecast variances and providing variance explanations
• Provide input to maintain and quality assure master data

What you should have:

• First professional experience, preferably in controlling/finance/analysis
• Degree in Finance/Accounting or another related field
• Strong analytical skills
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel
• Good Polish and English communication skills (at least B2)
• Ukrainian language skills would be a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Proactiveness, a team player attitude, continuous improvement mindset

• Power BI
