We are looking for a proactive business development specialist responsible for increasing sales and active partner/customer base to join our team and expand our business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executing sales strategy, planning, and implementation of new growth opportunities beyond the channels we have already established.
- Identifing sales opportunities.
- Lead nurturing.
- Customer satisfaction management.
- Networking at various industry events.
- Planning, executing, and tracking sales performance regularly, preparing analysis and detailed reports.
- Pipeline management: developing and nurturing a leads’ pipeline, providing accurate flow predictions, and leveraging our CRM system effectively.
- Creating lists of prospects and cold outreach.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in the software industry (comfortable with tech lingo) or experience of managing key B2B clients and strategic partnerships in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills both in English and Polish.
- Experience in selling to VP and C level executives, ideally with B2B SaaS organisations.
- Creating content for B2B outbound lead generation.
- Deep understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
