We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative digital solutions team within ZF Aftermarket. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our cutting-edge solutions to support a digital transition of repairs workshops. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management and sales to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

• Go-to-Market Strategy and Market Analysis: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation. Utilize insights to inform product positioning and messaging.

• Positioning and Messaging: Create compelling and clear product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. Translate technical features into customer benefits and value propositions.

• Content Creation: Develop a range of marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and website content, to support sales efforts and educate prospects and customers.

• Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate the value of our products to prospects. Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, objection handling guides, and competitive battlecards.

• Demand Generation: Work closely with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement. Provide input on campaign strategies and contribute to the creation of relevant content.

• Product Evangelism and Customer Insights: Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally. Present at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase the benefits and value of our products; gather feedback from customers, conduct surveys, and engage in customer interviews to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and satisfaction levels. Use these insights to refine product messaging and inform product development.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, feature prioritization, and launch plans.

• Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and track their success. Use data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and tactics.


Your profile as Product Marketing Manager for digital aftermarket tools (m/f/d):


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

• Min 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in IT solutions for automotive aftermarket/repair workshops.

• Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software products; demonstrated creativity and strategic thinking.

• Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate complex features into customer benefits.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Experience with market research and competitive analysis; proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools.

• Fluent English, additional languages would be an asset.
