The main responsibility on this position is manage saving projects & engineering changes after SOP (Start of Production) for German OEMs for Air bags Modules.

Your tasks:

• Efficient execution of new ideas for product or process improvement;
• Preparation and present the BC of potential lifecycle program changes;
• Systematic reporting of progress in managing programs;
• Regular update of assigned programs in the appropriated tool;
• Manage the project team to provide expected savings on time;
• Calculation of needed budget for realization validation and implementation of assigned programs
• Preparation of potential customer communication strategy;
• Establish, implement, develop, and control best practices for project and Value management within area of responsibility;
• Close cooperation with the Value Management team to support meet the yearly saving targets.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering or Business Administration;
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry;
• Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must; German would be a plus;
• Experienced in organizational change management;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders (App engineering, program management, Value management, operation);
• Strong networking and coordination/cooperation skills, Stress resistance and very resilient;
• Strong understanding of project management or experience in various management functions (agile skills, financial acu-men and customer-interfacing);
• Ability to work in a project environment with quick changing priorities;
• Analytic thinking, decision making, interpersonal, along with the ability to research, analyze and recommend best solution;
• Ability to travel abroad.
