What you can look forward to as Senior Commodity Buyer (m/f/d):

• present and manage suppliers panel, part family strategy and implementation of commodity strategy on Global Level

• leading Price Negotiations, Contracts (any legally binding documents such as ZF Framework contracts)

• sourcing (Supplier selection, RFQ´s, quotation analysis, awarding process, prepare sourcing decisions Sourcing Decision Board)

• Master Data Management (e.g. Price Maintenance), Tracking of measures and forecast, Global Sourcing and Purchasing and Operation Plan for Commodity

• drive Benchmark activities, Make-and-Buy, Market Intelligence and Research within commodity to present savings opportunities and then to execute it

• support project team in VAVE and WCM (change management), Supplier Escalations Escalation Level 3 (missing performance in cost, quality or deliveries and capacities)

Your profile as Senior Commodity Buyer (m/f/d):

• university degree (economic, engineering background)

• at least 3 years of working experience in a similar position, automotive background preferred

• commodity knowledge: machining or assemblies

• negotiation skills and experience in international cooperation with suppliers is essential

• English – advanced spoken and written is mandatory, Polish would be an asset

• distinct presentation and communication skills

• knowledge of SAP, MS Office (especially Excel)
