The person we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Growth Hacker who will help us effectively reach potential clients and partners using SEO techniques. We work on with great attention to detail and a proactive attitude, which are the things we value the most at Addepto - Machine Learning Consulting company.
Your future role is:
- Develop our SEO framework by creating new ideas, testing and optimizing our digital marketing activities
- Creating and executing a strategy for SEO and SEM
- Reporting and documenting efforts and results
- Constant experimenting and improving marketing funnel
- Experiment with new SEO and digital marketing trends to find valuable opportunities for organic, viral and paid customer acquisition
- Focus on lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion
- As you prove value in your growth initiatives, you will grow and expand your team
Job requirements:
- Experience in SEO
- Technical knowledge of SEO, Link building, content optimization and demand for particular keywords understanding
- Analytical, an expertise in navigating & analyzing data from various sources in order to test hypothesis and draw conclusions
- Practical knowledge in building landing pages and A/B testing
- Understands how the relevant tools work, is a specialist in SEO, SEM, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar (optional), HTML basics, CSS principles
- Have a good command of written and spoken English; Polish not required.
