We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL person to join our fast growing team of 40+ team members from
10 countries.

As a Sales Team Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of Remote Sales Specialists (located overseas and in Kielce offices) – a
total of 12-15 people, including 2 sub team leaders
• Successful sales of the Company’s product – ‘teach & travel’ workshops offered to English-
speakers from all over the world
• Creating a new local Sales Team for new products offered to international English-speaking
• The final result of the whole team – delivering on ambitious goals & KPIs!
• Providing continuous performance assessment & sales training to the all team members
• Continuous process improvement

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum 3 years of sales team management experience
• Outbound call center experience – big additional bonus
• Experience in Education / Travel / TEFL (Teach English as a Foreign Language) industries –
additional bonus
• Experience working in English-speaking environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience building and managing top performing teams
• Ability to handle pressure very well
• Flexibility to visit our Kielce office on a regular basis
• Flexibility to occasionally travel internationally to company’s overseas offices in Europe& Asia
