Bluerank is growing and looking for a Business Development Manager. In brief, we are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in e-commerce who will take the responsibility for e-commerce projects at Bluerank (VTEX Platform), developing the VTEX’s brand awareness in Poland, generating deals and leading VTEX business growth in e-commerce segment. The experience with enterprise e-commerce solutions (Magento Commerce/Enterprise, SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, dedicated enterprise e-commerce platform and others) is mandatory.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Brand management & brand development on the Polish market;
  • Work closely and report to the Management Board when executing the rollout strategy;
  • Business development activities leading to acquiring platform’s prospects;
  • Development and management of a partnership network;
  • Delivery and discussion of solution at high profile meetings.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • +5 years of professional experience in e-commerce - management level;
  • Experience and understanding in digital and e-commerce services - advanced level;
  • Experience with an enterprise sized e-commerce projects (10-20M USD turnover per year);
  • Exceptional e-commerce industry networking and relationship building skills;
  • Experience in launching of new digital services on the market;
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills;
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Easy-going and ease of maintaining positive, long-lasting business relationships;
  • Initiatives in action, independence and responsibility for entrusted tasks;
  • Fluent English and native Polish required, Portuguese as an additional asset.

  • Salary including bonuses: 180k - 250k PLN per year;
