Joining us as a Product Strategist means that….
- You’ll be bringing new digital products to life - collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers and other talented product people
- Working closely to our teams and clients, you’ll be validating product ideas, finding market opportunities, designing solutions, challenging assumptions, running experiments, presenting to stakeholders, and collaborating with the full product team to make new products a reality
- You will help make decisions on product direction and stand up for creating value for both clients and their customers
- You’ll be creating and delivering accurate, high-quality, thoughtfully designed analyses to address operational and strategic questions
- You will be providing forward-looking insights and propose recommendations

What do you need to get this position?
- Practical experience in the same or similar role (Product Strategist, Product Owner, Product Manager, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of specifics of a digital products, including product phazes, Lean Startup methodology, Product Life Cycle
- Ability to build product recommendations based on data; talent to read and analyze data and product metrics
- Knowledge of Product Discovery process
- Practical experience in using business models (frameworks: Pichler, Strategyzer, etc.)
- Ability to define and plan your work based on business goals
- Practice in building hypotheses and their validation
- Proficient knowledge of designing experiments
- Experience in agile environment and agile frameworks/methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Ability to research product users (creating personas, user stories)
- Fluency in English (C1+ level) to easily communicate with clients
- Good knowledge of Polish (B1+ level) to communicate with the team
- Assertiveness and ability to challenge the status quo
- Readiness to make quick and firm decisions
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with working in interdisciplinary teams in a startup-like atmosphere
- Pracitce in product education for teams or companies
- Experience in competitors analysis
