Requirements
Technically:
- Minimum 2+ year of experience in B2B international outreach and prospecting, understanding of the digital industry
- Fluency in English and Polish both spoken and written
- Ability to plan, execute and test the whole cross channel outbound campaigns
- Ability to build valuable, stable and lasting business relationships with clients thanks to your interpersonal skills
- Client-centered approach; drive to not only sell, but also to help customers achieve their business goals and consult solutions
- Creativity and energy, constant looking for inspiration to build the new campaigns
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, feeling comfortable with making conclusions based on the metrics and statistics
- Proactive, driven personality; motivation for constant development of your competences and share them with colleagues
- Just liking to work with people (simple as that :) )
Nice-to-haves:
- Availability for remote work (business trips to clients included)
- Basic knowledge about digital product development
