Hi! We are a group of independent software engineers building the easiest and fastest CI/CD platform out there. We challenge the market with our innovative GUI - driven approach. Each day we help thousands of developers deliver better web & mobile applications faster.
 
We are currently looking for an experienced UX Designer (skilled in landing pages) to work hand in hand with our marketing, design and copy teams. If you are a world class conversion-focused design specialist aware of all the ins & outs of landing pages, then go for it, apply & help us grow!
 
Preferable location: Krakow
 
Your responsibilities:
 
  • Creating powerful and high-quality UX experiences through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  • Creating effective UX strategies and landing pages in order to optimize business conversion.
  • Planning and conducting usability tests.
  • Doing market and user research, as well as following market trends and inspirations.
  • Conducting UX analysis in various analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar). 
  • Using data collected from research, user testing and market analysis to create user-centric designs.
  • Close cooperation with marketing, design & dev teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of work experience as UX/Landing Pages specialist with strong focus on conversion.
  • A strong portfolio and case studies.
  • Great skills in using prototyping and design tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision).
  • Experience in designing UX metrics and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar).
  • Experience in conducting A/B tests.
  • Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2, verbal and written).
  • Great multitasking & self-management skills.

Nice to have:
 
  • Knowledge of CI/CD domain and SaaS business.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
