Opis stanowiska
Your tasks:
- Review and categorize social media content,
- Review and take action on content that violates policies including copyright/pirated content,
- Review user accounts to verify their identity and take action,
- Judge/decide on content by referring to client policy/guidelines,
- Respond back to users with necessary actions that must be taken to correct content,
- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in Service Operations,
- Documentation support & research.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in French,
- Good command of English,
- Knowledge of MS Office package,
- Availability for full time job.
