We are a group of companies and brands working in the field of digital printing, photography and modern bookbinding.
Cyfrowa Foto is a manufacturer of the finest quality photo products such as photo albums and photo books. 

We are looking for a talented and passionate SALES MANAGER for one of our brands nPhoto (https://nphoto.com) to expand its business operations in the US market.

KEY FOCUSES OF THE ROLE:

  • Develop a successful sales team

  • Achieve sales goals and growth across allocated territory

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales or business development
  • 3+ years of experience in managing people, hiring and training high performing teams
  • Well-developed prospecting and selling skills
  • Perfect command of spoken and written English (C1/C2)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of e-commerce
  • Knowledge of doing business in the US market
  • Self-motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Problem-solving and data-driven mindset
  • Willingness to work according to the US time zones

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and support to nPhoto US sales team
  • Assist and coach sales representatives throughout the selling process
  • Develop and implement best practices to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with other departments of the company (marketing, customer service, business development etc.) to accelerate sales cycles
  • Foster a workplace culture that encourages respect, cooperation, empowerment and effectiveness
  • Identify target customer trends and needs and develop appropriate sales strategies and business plans
  • Operational day-to-day management of the business
  • Participate in international trade fairs
