We are looking for an experienced
Head of Salesready to take over full responsibility for the management of the sales process, Sales Team (currently 6 people), and all the sub-teams involved. Your daily responsibilities may be divided into three areas: sales (acquiring and supporting customers), delivery (cooperating with Head of Delivery on promises given to customers), and after-sales activities (up-selling, cross-selling, etc.).
We want you on board if you have:
- Previous experience successfully leading sales teams (ideally from a similar industry)
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Collaborative approach for driving decisions
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish
We expect from you to:
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve annual sales goals defined by Management Board
- Define Unique Value Proposition communicated through external channels
- Manage sales budget
- Implement optimization and analyze the metrics like customer acquisition cost, cost of generating QL, Lead, CLV and conversion rates.
- Maximize customer CLV
- Manage and improve sales processes
- Manage sales team (work planning, execution of defined strategy, delivery)
- Manage and organize sales materials used within the sales process
- Set up goals for sales team components (QL number, conversion rate, etc.)
- Take over a full responsibility for the customer experience from the beginning to the end (being the first representative right behind the Management Board)
- Control and manage what has been promised and delivered (upon NPS)
- Solve any issued in the cooperation with the customer going beyond the Account Manager competence
- Support Key customers (and potential ones)

Remuneration:
Minimum 10 000 PLN net + VAT base salary (plus attractive incentive scheme which depends on the achieved results.) *Terms are negotiable according to the individual preferences.
