As a Junior Event Manager, you will be working closely with the Event Manager. Your key mission is to support the planning, managing and executing of both internal company events as well as external employer branding events such as job fairs. On this role, you will have the opportunity to experience and be part of international marketing team.
Your Tasks
- Work closely with Event Manager planning and conducting global events from start to finish, always making sure to create WOW! moments
- Ensuring the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
- Work closely with your Manager to support the employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company image as an Employer of Choice e.g. Job fairs
- Support internal communication with colleagues
- Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
Our Requirements
- Very Good planning, coordinating and time management skills
- Proven first experience in conducting events, ideally project management skills
- University Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality
- Excellent English skills (speaking & writing), German is an asset
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Readiness to multitasking
- Forward thinking team player with initiative and a proactive working style
