Job Description
You will be in charge of leading and executing Marketing strategy and activities aligned with the overall company strategy focused on expansion on North American and European markets
You will work hand in hand and report to our CSO to execute the sales strategy and reach company goals.
You will be in charge of:
- Generating B2B Marketing Qualified Leads and providing Sales Support (over the time increasing the amount of leads that come to our company).
- Website & Social Media.
- Content strategy.You will be in charge of leading and executing Marketing strategy and activities aligned with the overall company strategy focused on expansion on North American and European markets
You will work hand in hand and report to our CSO to execute the sales strategy and reach company goals.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Set-up of Marketing Management function: processes, toolkits, KPIs.
- Cross-functional project management with various teams including Sales, Marketing, Design, Development and HR in order to develop solutions for our Clients.
- Create and maintain a content creation pipeline for text and video (articles for our blog, white papers, infographics, case studies, pitches for media), participate in concept and creation of that content.
- Act as a PR leader for the internal team to develop and implement public relations programs and activities.
- Make the company profile visible and recognizable in medias, by building our expert position in certain technology areas.
- Track, measure, analyze and optimize all initiatives in to improve ROI.
- Brand (building a great brand perception among future and current customers and employees, supporting company initiatives to increase the unique value proposition).
Requirements:
- Native English, C-2 minimum
- Genuine interest in software & technologies.
- Work experience in IT & technology, SaaS or B2B Startups sectors.
- In-depth understanding of how to use, measure and optimize known marketing techniques: content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google and Facebook).
- Practical knowledge of any of the leading marketing automation tools (SalesManago, HubSpot, Salesforce Pardot, Marketo).
- Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing.
- A customer focused attitude.
- Master's degree or an MBA.
