We are a dynamic startup that creates the only such recruitment ecosystem in Poland. Our products include: Just Join IT, Rocket Jobs and Hello HR.


The team is constantly growing and we're looking for a Global Sales Representative, who will help us further develop market presence and increase sales to foreign accounts.  What do we need from you?


 Must-have: 

✅ At least 1 year of B2B or B2C sales experience or experience in Customer Service in an international environment;

✅ Excellent English language proficiency (min. B2 level);

✅ Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proactivity and organizational skills;

✅ Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.


Nice to have: 

🔥 You are a methodological fast learner who is familiar with CRM tools (e.g. Pipedrive, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc);

🔥 Knowledge of lead generation tools (e.g. Woodpecker, Get Prospect, InTouchTool); 

🔥 Knowledge of SM Sales Tools: LinkedIn, Facebook

🔥 You are interested in the IT industry and/or new technologies; 

🔥 Experience in B2B sales and lead generating processes;

🔥 Knowledge of some extra languages.

 

Responsibilities? 

Importantly, you will be looking for and establishing contact with companies from around the world that want to remotely hire IT specialists from Poland.


Be a part of a team where You will:

👉 Take ownership of the post-sales relationship with new clients;

👉 Identify and propose potential upselling & cross-selling opportunities;

👉 Create and present proposals to clients for our services based on their current needs;

👉 Build strong relationships with clients through regular & consistent contact;

👉 Manage the pipeline process in CRM.


Salary:

B2B contract: 3 400 do 4 900 PLN net + VAT and high sales bonuses.
