Partnerships Manager

We’re currently looking for a proactive and independent Partnerships Manager to help us expand our business and look after our business partners. It's a fully remote position.

We are an EU based company, operating internationally with the biggest focus on the UK & Ireland.

Salary:
7500 – 9 500 PLN + bonuses PLN + VAT (Contractor); or
5500 – 8 000 PLN + bonuses PLN Gross (UoP)
About the role
This is full-time, 100% remote employment. Your main tasks will be:
- Actively expanding the pipeline of potential partners
- Qualifying inbound leads on their eligibility for cooperation
- Researching, scoring and contacting new leads
- Explaining the details of the cooperation via phone & video calls or - potentially - face-to-face meetings
- Supporting existing partners with their enquiries and helping them achieve great results from our cooperation
- Analysing the leads pipeline and the partners’ performance, creating reports for the management and partners
About the candidate
Even though the role doesn’t involve selling we’d love to hear from a business-minded person with strong sales & account management experience.
Other characteristics of a right candidate are:
- Native-level English in speech and writing
- Generating leads & converting them into clients or partners
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse the data & the process and draw the right conclusions
- Experience in working 100% remotely - organising own schedule, prioritising, focusing on results
- Experience in a similar role within the UK hospitality industry would be a big nice to have
