Job Description:

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Sales Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position lies within the Polish Traditional Trade Channel structure. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing short, mid and long-term strategy and R2M approach
  • Driving organization development and strategy adjustment to address external environment changes and key and to win in key market segments
  • Facilitating Field Sales Force leadership meetings
  • Ensuring translation of customer knowledge and customers insights into actionable plans for the business
  • Identifying, assessing and recommending new business opportunities to address local markets needs
  • Building, maintaining and expanding collaboration with key traditional trade customers (grocery chains, distributors)
  • Identifying and addressing personal development needs of direct reports
  • Ensuring continuous development and coaching for direct reports to create robust leadership at present and for the future and to build strong pipeline of at all levels of the organization
  • Ensuring clear roles and responsibilities in the team
  • Directly reporting to Head of Traditional Trade Channel and Field Sales Force

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business (sales, marketing) and people management (min. 5 years)
  • Experience in field sales force management with proven successes (min. 5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Coaching & mentoring skills
  • Pro-active and results oriented thinking
  • High level of ethical standards in business
  • Potential to grow into a bigger role on which experience in working with retail, wholesale and possibly C&C + EC would be required
  • Experience with change management, business turnaround, ability to challenge “status quo”
  • Motivation and infuse spirit relevant to the company culture, vision and business strategy
  • Education: Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish
