UX/UI Senior Designer with german

We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong expertise in Figma and German language proficiency at B2 level to join our team. You will be responsible for designing user interfaces and ensuring the best possible user experiences (UX). This role includes the full design process from user research to the final UI design, as well as collaboration with product teams and developers. Proficiency in both English and German will be an asset in communicating with diverse teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

• User Research: Conducting surveys, interviews, and observations to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Creation of Personas and User Scenarios: Developing representative user profiles and scenarios to model different user groups and their interactions with the product.
• Information Architecture: Structuring and organizing information in a way that is intuitive and easy to understand for users.
• Interaction Design: Designing interactions between users and the product to ensure a positive user experience.
• Prototyping and Usability Testing: Creating prototypes and conducting usability tests to validate and improve designs.
• UI Design: Designing the user interface, including layout, colors, fonts, and imagery to create a visually appealing and effective experience.
• Collaboration with Team Members: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders from concept to product launch.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience in user research, persona creation, and user scenario development.
• Proficiency in information architecture and interaction design.
• Ability to create prototypes and conduct usability testing.
• Proven experience in UI design.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects is a plus.
