In MorAmp we focus on designing and developing state-of-the-art integrated electronic systems for micro-mobility.
Today we are looking for Head of Growth to join our company's management board.
The person at this position will be responsible for:
- Product, sales and marketing development
- Defining product and service portfolio based on Moramp technology and managing portfolio growth
- Building sales channels, maintaining key business relationships and implementing the revenue stream
- Creating the image concept of the company and its products, managing the company brand
This is how we understand this role:
- creating and executing marketing strategies which may involve content marketing, building channel strategies
- defining and executing the strategy of customer acquisition in the B2B channel
- introducing necessary processes inside the company to improve client acquisition, sales process, marketing
- launching and testing the effectiveness of all inbound channels to attract potential customers
- being responsible for the good name of the brand, marketing, and PR actions
- providing customer insight by blending the data with a deep understanding of customers needs, and perceptions developed through client workshops
- defining critical areas of product improvement based on customer and market analysis
- responsibility for B2B activities
- responsibility for building and managing Sales and Marketing
- working closely with CEO and CBDO on long term company strategy, product portfolio and functionalities, and GROWTH
- prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes
- making sure that the right data infrastructure is in place
- working in a lean startup and agile process
What we require:
- professional experience in working on a similar position, proven by at least 10 years of marketing experience in technological companies and at least 3 years in management boards or on high management positions
- experience in creating product portfolios
- documented B2B sales results on the international market of technology-based products
- fluency in both written and spoken English
- very good knowledge of the Internet and online marketing, including a profound understanding of the social media platforms
- being able to plan, think analytically, and operate outside of the box
- self-sufficiency, dedication, and enthusiasm
The following would be considered as the additional advantages:
- familiarity with the European / US automotive market
- familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and technology
- familiarity with software development and firmware development areas
- familiarity with the micro-mobility market and electrical vehicles
- perceiving human-centric approach to product development as an important value
- knowledge of German and / or French language
