SOCIAL, COMMUNITY & INFLUENCER MANAGER HUB
MullenLowe Warsaw is looking for SOCIAL, COMMUNITY & INFLUENCER MANAGER HUB based in Warsaw L’Oréal office.
KEY RESPONSABILITES :
· Lead development and execution of Social marketing strategies (including Influencers and Own Social Media) (PL)
· Lead cooperation programs with brand influencers and manage relations, based on building trust and proximity with local faces/influencers in line with brand equity goals. (PL)
· Build local communities: brand followers base, influencers, experts. (PL)
· Coordination of press packs to Influencers/Makeup Schools & Media (PL)
· Social Media handling – planning, posting (PL)
· Monitoring, analyzing & synthesizing Influencer & own Social Media Data and providing recommendations (PL & BAL)
· Lead or/and support brand equity projects – special projects, eventing etc. (PL & BAL)
· Implement ROI approach in Advocacy ( Influencers ) area. (PL&BAL)
· Overseeing and leading Social, Community and Influencer Strategies and Activation & Implementation Plans for Poland and Baltic States.
· Cooperate with Online Manager to support Client’s social media and be a stakeholder for Brand Manager, PR Brand Manager, Brand Activation team, Merchandising Manager
· Cooperate with external supporting agencies.

YOU ARE THE PERFECT MATCH IF:
have at least 4 years of experience in Social/Influencer/Communication/Brand/Digital management gained in a fast-paced environment (preferably FMCG, agency), where power brands are part of your everyday work. You have a passion for new marketing tools and are always eager to put them in use. Furthermore, you:
· Have experience in leading data driven brands and have strong data analytical skills.
· Are working in an international environment and managing complexity is a part of your everyday work.
· Believe in the potential of digital , influencer, social and have a will to further develop your skills in this field.
· Are managing media budgets and have experience in leading multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Have strong leadership skills and strategic thinking.
· Are proactive and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
· Have the sense of beauty and creativity.
· Have way with words and creating catchy communication
· Love and want to invent and cocreate new ways of developing the brand
· Are fluent in English and Polish.
· Great at relationship building with different stakeholders.
