We are currently seeking juniors to join our Business Development Team. You will be turning incoming inquiries into clients and identifying new potential leads in defined market niches. This role gives an opportunity to work with the best technology start-ups from the US, Middle East and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying incoming leads and turning them into Neoteric clients
- Conducting qualification calls and attending business trips
- Uncovering needs of potential clients and understanding how Neoteric web development and AI services can address them
- Creating proposals matching clients needs
- Negotiating terms and closing deals
- Conducting internet research and social media monitoring for new prospects
- Engaging with prospects via email and social media
- Exceeding quarterly metrics (qualified opportunities, deals, revenue etc.)
Must have requirements:
- Strong appetite for a career in Business Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in English – writing and speaking at a minimum level C1 (Polish is not required)
- Previous successes in B2B sales
Nice to have:
- Interest in tech and/or start-up environments
- Experience with outbound sales techniques
- Experience living abroad or working in an international environment
