Packhelp connects small and medium businesses to a concept that’s all too often overlooked or left to the last minute - custom packaging. In doing this, we connect the dots between the printing industry, the packaging industry and the modern world of graphic design.

We’re a European business helping European brands grow globally. Based in Warsaw, Poland, we live in one of the hottest startup environments in the world. 

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager, to help our business skyrocket in western markets and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth in the region. You will acquire new customers by building connections directly, attending events, presenting at conferences, and leveraging your own network - but the job doesn’t end there. In essence, you’ll become part of a team of hustlers that’s working hard to grow and expand Packhelp throughout Europe.

What you will do:

  • Find companies that should work with us
  • Convince the brands that we can help
  • Build relationships with these customers
  • Collaborate with various internal teams
  • Become our expert and thought leader for your region
  • Help build and optimize sales processes

What you should have:

  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience
  • Fluent Polish and English (French or German knowledge would be a great advantage),
  • Track record of closing €50K+ deals
  • Enthusiasm for dynamic, early stage, growth-focused companies
  • Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, logistics, or packaging
  • Commitment, creativity, and independence
  • Readiness for business travel +30%
