We are a product-focused company, not a software outsourcing business. Our flagship product Papu.io, is a SaaS tool for restaurants. From the beginning, we've had a clear vision. Your day-to-day at Papu.io

You will play a vital role in creation of data-driven marketing strategies, setting campaign goals, and ongoing campaign optimization. The role also involves day-to-day activities, SEO/SEM management, co-creation of funnel campaigns, communicating insights, and more. You will closely cooperate with Head of Marketing and marketing team members, as well as other teams (developers, customer success and sales).

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced individuals, who are willing to further push their professional growth in a dynamic startup environment. 

Job description

  • Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks, including but not limited to Google Ads, YouTube, FB and Linkedin Ads,
  • Leading campaign development from planning, to execution to post evaluation to meet key performance indicators
  • Constantly optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment
  • Ensure successful campaigns budgeting, managing bids to be able to meet the predefined financial KPIs
  • Create short copies for A/B testing and landing pages in English
  • Cooperate internally with other departments in order to ensure timely and accurate establishment, tracking and reporting of acquisition performance data
  • Merge qualitative and quantitative data sets for strategic insights 
  • Constantly analyze how to effectively reach target audiences
  • Keep knowledge  up to date about new channels and trends to provide benchmarks for paid performance

Qualifications

  • min 4-5 years of relevant experience with paid platforms, incl. Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook & LI Ads
  • English fluency (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of performance best practices and digital marketing trends
  • hands-on experience mixed with excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
  • Detail oriented, focused, 
  • Great analytical thinker to make recommendations based on statistics and data analysis

Nice to have:

  • SaaS experience
  • Practical usage of SQL and HTML
