You’ll be responsible for developing our brand strategy. You’ll serve as Planika's lead generation expert and will bring experience with and a passion for lead nurturing, events, digital paid media, email marketing and marketing analytics to the team.

Responsibilities:
- Execute lead generation projects including: lead nurture campaigns, paid media optimization, list building
- Analyze the results of our lead generation efforts, and work with team members, agencies and vendors to optimize their effectiveness.
- Research and stay current on top of lead generation and growth marketing trends.
- Work with the team to track, analyze, and develop meaningful reporting and proactively recommend next steps based on past performance.
- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of digital campaigns to optimize results, using the appropriate KPIs
- Develop and manage digital assets that create brand awareness.
What you offer:
- 2+ years of work experience related to: demand generation, lead nurturing, email marketing, marketing automation, paid media optimization, event marketing and sponsorships, social media, marketing analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with popular tools (for example: Google Analytics, Microsoft Teams), the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
