Hello, we are Quicktransfer - a team of devoted professionals providing globally high-class airport transportation. Currently, we are present with our services in +100 countries and still growing. Because of that, we are looking for a high performing Customer Service Representative who will help us provide the best possible service to our customers and let us thrive!

What is important for us?

  • willingness to learn new things and taking up challenges 
  • ability to work at night from time to time (we offer support 24/7, 365 days a year)

What are your responsibilities?

  • handle customer queries, troubleshooting, provide relevant solutions (by email or phone) 
  • build sustainable relationships with our customers
  • forwarding customer's feedback to the operations and sales teams
  • handle customer complaints
  • input reservations into our system
