Affiliate Marketing Associate

Job Description:

• Recruit, onboard, and manage short & long tail partners onto the Shopee Affiliate Platform
• Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners
• Manage the relationship on behalf of Shopee with affiliate partners
• Keep affiliates partners up to date with the latest Shopee sale campaigns
• Develop campaign briefs for all Shopee campaigns
• Execute campaigns at a fixed asset level with affiliate partners
• Project manage graphic design output timelines with the campaigns and graphic design team
• Track affiliate performance metrics with analysis and recommendations to optimize campaign execution, budget allocation and technical management
• Involve in new feature launch on the affiliate platform
• Work closely with Finance, Tax & Legal and other internal teams to execute relevant tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (preferably in Advertising)
• Min 2 years of experience in Affiliate area
• Good communication skills in Polish and English
• Takes ownership in projects and initaitives
• Be willing to learn and explore new growth opportunities
• Good critical thinking and problem solving
• Be open-minded and willing to coordinate with diverse stakeholders to deliver requested outcomes
• Good Office skills, e.g Excel, Powerpoint etc
• Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
