YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Building the PR strategy to strengthen the company’s identity
- Building the EB strategy to acquire talented candidates
- Coordinating activities and measure the outputs of each PR and EB action
- Coordinating internal and external events
- Planning and organizing employer branding initiatives
- Cooperating with the HR Department
- Managing social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and company's blog
- Creating engaging content like articles, case studies and reports
- Building and maintaining effective media relations
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has got at least 3 years of proven working experience in public relations and employer branding
- Has got solid experience with managing social media including blogs, Facebook, LinkendIn, etc.
- Has got excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Knows Polish and English very well (C1)
BIG PLUS FOR
- Event planning experience
- Experience in working in the IT field as a PR or Marketing Specialist
