At Spartez we are product partners of Atlassian and we're looking for a bold, creative Senior Product Manager to play a big role in our growing Jira Cloud Platform team. We deliver common user experience, performance and reliability for Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Jira Core and Jira Ops in Atlassian Cloud. We also provide capabilities for 3rd party app developers to build plugins and integrations for Jira Cloud. Your work here will impact millions of users and thousands of partners for decades to come, while bringing fun, excitement and the speed of consumer software to the enterprise.

What you will do:

  •  Define a vision, and execute a roadmap that makes Jira Cloud Platform a desirable and trusted destination for all of our customers, from the smallest startups to the largest of enterprises
  •  Tackle a series of unique challenges, from creating delightful in-product user experiences to building scalable microservices for a mature product on a dynamically growing and highly competitive market
  •  Partner with engineering, design and support specialists to form a compelling product roadmap that can motivate and lead your teams to success
  •  Collaborate with third-party partners to enable them to develop extensions that multiply the value of your product
  •  Inspire and energise teams across Atlassian to define the vision, evaluate market opportunities, analyse industry trends as well as customer and partner needs, and prioritise features and improvements

What we expect from you:

  • 5+ years (3+ for Mid role) of product management experience, ideally with a history in cloud services at a fast-growing software company
  •  Hands-on experience of driving a successful software product from scratch, or delivering multiple major software product releases
  •  Real passion and empathy to understand customer needs and a strong motivation to solve their problems
  •  Ability to prioritise among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind your decisions
  •  A track record of building relationships and influencing without authority at all levels of the organisation and within cross-functional teams distributed around the globe
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Experience in the field of enterprise software and cloud infrastructure at scale will be a great asset
