Tedee is a new brand in the field of IoT specializing in smart security products, which is just about to enter the polish market. Created by two respected, well-known companies, equipped with strong digital marketing competences, tedee plans to conquer the Polish market by quickly scaling sales in the ecommerce channel, and then focus its effort on building its position on the European markets and in the Middle East. We’re looking for someone who can ensure customer satisfaction and help our clients all the way - during the purchase process as well as at after purchase stage. You understand their challenges and how our services can solve their problems, customizing each client case to reach the best possible results.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with their technical and operational queries & problems related to Tedee Products via phone, email and ticketing system
- Ensure that all incidents owned are followed through to resolution, whilst keeping the customer fully informed of progress
- Resolve Customers’ issues where possible otherwise provide the relevant information & analysis for further Support levels
- Participate in testing of new functionalities and other activities leading to better customer experience in collaboration with teams internally
- Contribute to the Knowledge Base by creating & updating articles
- Collaborate with other technical teams on case resolution
Requirements:
- Must Have: Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience in Customer Support. Experience in technical support would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as active listening skills
- Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly and capacity to handle multiple tasks
