Paid Media Specialist (LinkedIn/Facebook Ads)

At ExtraHut (a part of the TenderHut group), we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist with experience in LinkedIn and Facebook Ads. If you know how to cut through the buzz and reach target audience where they spend most of their time, we want to meet you.

By joining us, you get the chance to ideate, manage, and report on international B2B campaigns ranging from software development and UX/UI design to new technologies and venture building.

Are you up for a challenge?

You will:

  • Manage PPC campaigns - plan, set up, run, and analyse.
  • Translate business needs into effective paid campaigns with different goals – brand awareness, content distribution, lead generation.
  • Be an architect of each campaign – think it through, choose channels, design stages and sequences, hand-pick existing content or request new one.
  • Handle advertisement platforms, setting up the campaigns structure and targeting, launching campaigns, and optimizing them on the fly.
  • Collaborate closely with other inbound team members and departments (content writers, graphic designers, SEO specialist, developers).
  • Analyse campaigns results and provide actionable insights for next flights.

We need you to have: 

  • 2+ years of experience running B2B PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience in managing Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in other platforms like Google Ads, Twitter Ads, Quora Ads, etc., would be an asset.
  • Ability to set up proper campaign analytics prior to launching a campaign.
  • Strategic mindset with eagerness to experiment.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data – not just presenting it.
  • Ability to cooperate with diverse stakeholders within the company.
  • Experience in B2C and crowdfunding paid campaigns would be an advantage.
