We are looking for B2B Marketing Expert that will expand our marketing & sales funnel.
You will be a 4th person in our Marketing/Sales team. We are a small Software Development company that already put the first step in the Blockchain market by doing one large Crypto Exchange project for a UK client. We have got the 2nd crypto project from a UK client, which is quite an achievement for us. We want you to help us design our marketing funnel and construct our growth engine. We want you to find the best channels for our lead generation efforts and fill our pipeline with promising deals.
Responsibilities:
- Research and optimize our marketing and sales funnel so more leads will turn in to sales opportunities and deals
- Researching and deploying lead magnets that will attract fresh leads to our funnel
- Acquiring leads via paid advertising using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms of your choice
- Researching and updating customer profiles and personas based on the CRM and sales data
- Working side by side with our sales team on the lead qualification criteria and lead targeting
- Working side by side with our sale team on lead generation activities like prospecting via Linkedin or email
- Managing our CRM and Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot): lead qualification workflows, lead nurturing workflows, ongoing CRM data management
- Designing and overseeing the execution of the B2B oriented Content Marketing Strategy
- Overseeing and executing the SEO around our website and content
- Overseeing conversion optimization around our website and landing pages
Job requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in B2B marketing
- At least 2 years of experience working for an IT company or a software house
- Experience in running lead generation programs and campaigns - ideally backed by some proven track record or success stories
- Experience in using CRM software, preferably Hubspot
- Experience in building and optimizing landing pages for lead generation
- The knowledge behind utilizing content marketing for lead generation - knows how to map customer insights into content ideas and topics
- Hands-on experience in SEO and tools like Ahrefs/SEMRush/Moz
- Knows his / her way around Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads
but also:
- Strong Analytical skills, obsessive understanding of marketing data
- Excellent English skills - written and spoken
- Ambitious and willing to take Head of Marketing position in the future
Nice to have:
- Experience in running outbound and prospecting campaigns ie. cold emails, LinkedIn prospecting
- Some knowledge about Account-Based Marketing
- The knowledge behind the B2B sales process
Salary range:
12000 - 16000 NET on B2B + paid time off + performance bonuses
(or equivalent on Employment contract)
