AI-Driven Content Marketing Specialist

At Applover, based in Wrocław, we aim to become a top technology provider in the healthcare industry across Europe. We create custom software solutions for our clients and are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Growth team and lead our content strategy using AI tools.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with a solid understanding of software development and B2B. Experience in healthtech will be an additional advantage. In this role, you'll plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with our growth goals. You’ll create, optimize, and share content across different channels, using AI tools regularly to improve efficiency. You'll work closely with the Growth lead, help choose the tools we use, and make decisions based on data to improve content performance. We’ll equip you with all the tools needed to succeed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content marketing with a strong portfolio in B2B projects (experience in healthtech preferred but not required)
• Extensive experience in using AI tools in daily work (e.g. supporting content creation, personalization, transcription, image generation and data analysis, etc.)
• Skilled in prompt engineering and regular use of tools like ChatGPT, Claude.ai, and Perplexity
• Strong understanding of software development and business growth in a B2B context
• Experience using analytics tools to track and improve content performance
• Strong writing and editing skills across various platforms
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies based on insights
• Familiarity with website-building tools like Webflow and marketing automation tools like Mailchimp is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent Polish
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content strategy that supports our business goals and targets the right audience
• Create and manage content like blog posts, podcasts, case studies, and social media updates
• Use various AI tools for your daily work(e.g. content creation, personalization, transcription, image generation)
• Improve your content performance by using SEO tools like Surfer, Ahrefs, and SEMrush or others
• Track and report on content performance with tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Work closely with the Growth team to ensure our strategies are aligned
• Provide regular updates on content performance, using data to refine strategies
• Help select and adjust content tools as needed
• Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels
