Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
- Leading and growing one of the Hubs in the Design department.
- Substantive and design supervision over the subordinate team
- Creative participation in the process of creating projects & ideas in compliance with visual identity of brands
- Presenting concepts and projects for internal and external clients
- Monitoring creative potential of new Digital & E-Commerce tools
- Defining optimization areas
- Delivering projects in accordance with agreed deadline
- Maintaining the highest quality of carried projects
- Increasing the competence of project team
- Inspiring your colleagues to innovate and create
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer / Team Leader
- Exceptional online portfolio
- Digital native – knowing well what’s happening in the digital world in terms of trends and possibilities.
- Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into final projects and eventually deliver a quality product
- Strong Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop) skills
- Strong interest in the area of E-Commerce design and trends
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, passion
- Proficiency in English
- Proactive and curious mind set, with positive energy and smile on the face!
