Motion Designer with HTML (iMedia)

Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
· Responsibility for animating videos, reels and banners both from scratch and according to provided story boards.
· Actively participating in creative work
· Close collaboration with the project team (creation, strategy, design, client service)
· Consultation and advice regarding the quality of graphic projects carried out by other team members and freelancers for clients
· Ensuring the quality of executed projects
· Regularly reporting the status of ongoing projects
· Participation in internal training sessions
What you’ll need to succeed:
· At least 2-3 years of experience as Motion Designer/Animator with solid online portfolio
· Strong Adobe package skills (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
· Proficiency in Google Web Designer, Creatopy, Smartly, or other ad automation design platforms is highly desirable.
· Good English level (min. B2)
· Proven experience with large-scale iMedia banner production, showcasing a portfolio of high-impact animated banners.
· Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, specifically in the context of animated digital advertising.
· Experience of working with and understanding of Google Display Network specifications
· Expertise in motion design principles, including timing, easing, and transitions, with a focus on optimizing for web and mobile.
· Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
· Strong attention to detail in both the creative and technical aspects of banner production, ensuring pixel-perfect execution.
