We are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer to help us build a strong candidate pipeline across various markets and functions. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, coordinating interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.


Responsibilities:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs for various teams (Tech, Finance, Sales, etc.).
  • Actively source candidates across different platforms and geographies, ensuring diversity in candidate pools.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates’ qualifications for different roles.
  • Manage and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Keep accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain communication with candidates.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a sourcer or recruiter in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage candidates effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience working with ATS systems and scheduling tools
  • English B2+ Level
  • Polish or Russian B1+ Level would be a plus
