Customer technical support specialist with Georgian

Your responsibilities

• Diagnosing and resolving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
• Providing support to customers navigating digital channels.
• Identifying and troubleshooting product issues.
• Determining if a customer can resolve the issue without requiring a technician visit and providing guidance to achieve this.
• Preparing reports that describe technical issues for service technicians.
• Monitoring the resolution process of customers' technical issues.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Georgian (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong interest in new technologies.
• At least 6 months of experience handling claims and consumer complaints.
• Solid understanding of Windows and MS Office.
