Opis stanowiska
As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you’ll excel not just in organizational logistics but also in communication and collaboration. Your ability to effectively coordinate sea and road transport for diverse products demands strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Handling customs clearance and maintaining meticulous import-export documentation require precision and reliability. Moreover, your aptitude for building relationships and collaborating with carriers and internal teams, especially sales, underscores your interpersonal skills and teamwork ethos. Duties
- Organizing sea and road transport, including within Europe and Asia, for products such as FMCG, chemical, food, and feed raw materials
- Responsibility for activities related to customs clearance
- Maintaining import-export documentation
- Liaising with carriers
- Close cooperation with the sales department and other company departments
Required skills and experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a logistics position
- Fluent communication in Polish and English, both verbally and in writing (we use these languages for daily communication with colleagues and contractors)
- Commitment and effectiveness in action
- Communication skills and good time management
- Nice to have: logistics experience gained in a related industry (food, chemical, feed raw materials, FMCG)
