    About your key responsibilities and impact:

    — Providing legal advice and services related to labor laws and regulations in different jurisdictions;

    — Drafting, proofreading, and revising service agreements with private entrepreneurs, as well as employment agreements with employees, etc;

    — Preparing descriptions of services for agreements upon request from accountants, ensuring correct descriptions of services provided (taking into account local peculiarities, such as in Poland, where using the term “consulting” may lead to the need to register as a VAT payer);

    — Allocating contracts with newcomers or transferring employees to appropriate companies according to defined criteria;

    — Drafting supplementary agreements to employment agreements and service agreements upon request from HR and accountants;

    — Preparing and reviewing NDAs with contractors, preparing NDA templates for current and new jurisdictions, and updating existing ones;

    — Drafting and arranging the signing of sponsorship letters and other requested letters for employees and contractors;

    — Proofreading and revising agreements on the provision of recruitment services, outstaffing agreements, license and supply agreements to obtain different software for HR purposes, and other agreements to ensure the provision of benefits to the company’s employees, etc;

    — Keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.

    Additional Requirements:

    — Flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis, potentially requiring varying hours and workloads;

    — Adapting quickly to specific needs and practices;

    — Being available for remote work, with reliable access to necessary technology and tools;

    — Obtaining additional certifications or trainings as may be advantageous.


    Essential professional experience:

    — Master degree in law;

    — Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT company;

    — Experience working with employment and labor issues in different jurisdictions.


    Desirable skills and personal features:

    — Deep understanding of employment issues and related tax, labor issues;

    — Familiarity with labor regulatory frameworks and requirements in different jurisdictions;

    — Strong legal research and writing skills;

    — Advanced level of spoken and written English;

    — Proficiency in legal research tools and software;

    — Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;

    — Strong negotiation and drafting skills, particularly with contracts;

    — Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously;

    — Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;

    — Fluency in the Ukrainian language;

    — Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy;

    — Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
