    This role has been designed as ‘’Onsite’ with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

    Job Description:

       

    We are looking for Program Specialist to join our team!


    How you will make your mark:

    - Provide support to customers and partners,

    - Answer different queries received from customers via Chat/ Email related to the HPE Training & Certifications program.

    - Solve different issues

    - Guide learners on various certifications offered and how to register for them.


    About you:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills which includes Telephone and email etiquette
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Self-Directed, ability to multi-task and evaluate unique circumstances
    • Customer Centric Attitude.
    • Liaising with Clients to ascertain their precise requirements
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel and SharePoint Skills
    • Good Interpersonal skills and a team player
    • Patient, precise and logical in the work and capable of prioritizing tasks.
    • Good problem solving, analytical, administrative, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are also important.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years of experience in customer support
