Marketing Campaign Manager

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As a Marketing Campaign Manager on the PRO Division Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with our Content Team and Product and Industry Subject Matter Experts to develop a campaign plan that is aligned with our business strategy.
• Create impactful campaign content with a compelling message and an attractive visualization in collaboration with our graphic designers.
• Manage our global content marketing campaigns through e-mail, telemarketing, social media, and third-party platforms.
• Execute the global multi-language campaigns together with our campaign execution teams.
• Manage the Global Digital Newsletter and Lead Nurturing programs.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Analyze data, reports on campaign performance, and propose improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and developments.

What You Need to Succeed

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the creation of compelling and successful marketing campaigns.
• Fluent in English (min. C1).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Self-motivated, with a customer-focused attitude as well as a strong sense for feasibility and execution.
• Keen to work in an international, technical B2B environment.
