Under the leadership and mentoring of the Business Development Team Lead, Junior BDM is responsible for managing NATEK sales processes for the given prospects and existing customers starting from first contact, preparation of the meeting, collecting information and working our proposal up to negotiations of the contract under his supervision.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep sales interest in selling services and customer satisfaction. Within the role, the successful candidate will have a chance to develop communication skills to an excellent level, learn how to manage people and recruitment processes as well and manage customer expectations under the current market conditions.

SALES
- Actively searches for potential customers and establishes first contact
- Prepares presentation deck for customer meetings
- Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Follows up on all the sales processes with customers and prepares next steps
- Actively supports Senior BDM in further negotiations with the customer
- Prepare bases for contract negotiations
RECRUITMENT / TRAINING and RETENTION of TOP TALENT
- Builds strong relationships with recruitment teams to provide them with all necessary information to fulfil customer needs
- Actively participates in the recruitment process but proactively seeking candidate leads
- Runs communication with candidates to ensure their motivation and understanding of customer environment and project
QUALITY, REPORTING
- Direct reporting to Sales Director
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales results including head-count, revenue and GM
- Prepares and works out regular presentation for customer related to service delivery and/or proposal of services
- Keeps tracks of the sales activities up-to-date in CRM
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree with previous experience in sales or customer exposure is preferable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information professionally.
- Must be able to travel to branch locations for business-related matters.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Positive and persistent approach towards work
- Fluency in English and another language as French or German is a plus
