    NG Logic is looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will help us find new clients in the US market.

    We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who shares our passion for progress and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the US IT market, particularly in industries such as healthcare or fintech. We seek someone proactive and determined to find new leads and support our representatives in the USA, building long-term relationships based on trust and effective communication.


    As the Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Planning and conducting B2B lead prospecting and lead selection activities
    • Actively supporting our salespeople in acquiring new clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships
    • Contacting potential US clients (email campaigns, social media, organizing meetings for the sales representative)
    • Analyzing, optimizing, and assisting in creating sales materials to continuously improve our processes
    • Researching potential clients in target markets, always seeking new opportunities for progress
    • Developing effective lead generation and sales strategies to generate new business and support the company’s growth, e.g., implementing new lead generation tools and innovative contact strategies
    • Preparing materials and presentations for sales pitches that reflect our commitment to value and efficiency
    • Planning and coordinating the schedule for lead generation campaigns, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
    • Initiating new campaign ideas in collaboration with the Product Manager, contributing to the realization of our shared vision for the future


    You are the ideal Candidate if:

    • You have experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
    • You understand the IT market and the culture of US clients and appreciate the importance of building strong, trust-based relationships. You have worked for an IT company and successfully set up meetings with the right clients.
    • You have advanced proficiency in English (C1) and Polish (is a must!)
    • Working in the afternoons/US time zones is not an issue for you, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment
    • You can effectively plan your work and take full responsibility for it, contributing to the smooth functioning of our well-oiled machine
    • You are familiar with industry-specific tools and platforms (a must), such as: Clay, La Growth Machine, Zapier, ZoomInfo, Lemwarm, SalesNavigator, Clutch, Crunchbase, HubSpot, etc. 
    • You can work effectively in a dynamically changing work environment.
