    We seek a creative and proactive Presales Representative ( business not technical) to join our Growth Department 🌱




    🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL:


    To establish contact and interest our potential business client in meeting with our Business Representative.



    🖥️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Lead generation is your main goal. In recording on that:


    • Social Media activities aiming for getting new contacts and brand awareness
    • Cold mailing and cold calling activities supported by modern IT tools.
    • Researching, qualifying, verifying and managing a database of business clients (leads) on the scandinavian and polish market
    • Arranging meetings with potential clients and the business department
    • Acquiring knowledge and development in the proactive creation of outbound activities using modern tools such as CRM, Phantom Buster, Apollo, and related
    • Understanding of our list of services and our potential clients needs
    • Providing weekly reports regarding lead generation activity 
    • Collaboration with the Growth Team in creating engagement content for potential clients



    💡 WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:


    • Previous experience in a similar role - at least 2 years
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Polish
    • A positive “nothing is impossible” can-do attitude
    • Great communication skills - you get along with anybody and don’t hesitate to call or email in a second
    • Good knowledge of sales process and sales/growth metrics 
    • A willingness to learn & grow (IT and energy industries) - must have
    • Good research skills and an active LinkedIn account 
    • Good self-organization skills 
    • Knowledge of Google Tools and MS Office



    ⭐NICE TO HAVE:

    • Knowledge of Scandinavian language
    • Understanding of digital IT software development market
