We are a leading cryptocurrency exchange committed to providing exceptional service to our users. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team and assist clients online and occasionally in person at our Education Center in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide online support for our users via email and chat on a daily basis;
- Occasionally in-person contact with clients at the Education Centre;
- Occasionally handle customer support calls;
- Analyze the needs of users to provide tailored assistance;
- Create and maintain a positive image of the company;
- Collaborate on internal projects.
Our Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good manners and a professional demeanor;
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level);
- Italian language will be a plus;
- Experience in working with clients and an interest in cryptocurrencies are welcome.
