We represent 3000+ scrapyard owners, car parts sellers and auto dismantlers, offering them an efficient and convenient way to serve an international audience. In our mission to make the internet a better place for the automotive aftermarket, we actively search for new ways to elevate the online experience for our partners and customers alike.     ABOUT THE ROLE


    The role of the Sales Specialist involves the remote acquisition of Ovoko Partners across Poland. Key tasks include initiating telephone contact with sellers of used car parts, qualifying them, presenting our online solutions, finalizing deals, and training them on how to use the Ovoko platform. It is crucial to build engagement with the sellers and convert them into well-functioning and educated Partners. The Sales Specialist will complement the team of experienced Business Development Managers working in the field and collaborate closely with them as an essential team member.


    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

    • Remotely acquire new partners for Ovoko
    • Assess the potential of partners and categorize them
    • Actively seek new business contacts
    • Work closely with Business Development Managers operating in the field
    • Ensure quality service in collaboration with the Account Managers.


    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Sales experience in customer interaction, particularly in call centers.
    • Openness and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
    • Persistence in achieving set goals and a positive attitude.
    • Experience in start-ups is a plus.
    • Knowledge of the automotive market is an additional advantage.
    • Work predominantly from the office (08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00); we value your contribution to our team.
    • Fluent knowledge of Polish and communicative knowledge of English in both speech and writing.
