Business Development Manager
Red Global – a dynamic IT company specializing in complex project delivery for international clients, is seeking a talented Business Development Manager for its new office in Warsaw.

Red Global is a team of experienced IT specialists who are passionate about creating innovative solutions for our clients. We are currently looking for an individual to join our team and be responsible for the dynamic growth of the company in the Polish and CCE market.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively acquire new clients in the banking, insurance, telecommunications, and other industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and prepare offers.
- Represent the company at industry meetings and conferences.
- Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.
We expect:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably in the software development or T&M.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Ability to build relationships and establish business contacts.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends.
- Fluent English and Polish ( or other regional language )
