We are looking for a Junior Sales Specialist who will acquire new customers for Sotrender from Poland and worldwide.
Our product is a quality customer-oriented application designed for social media analytics, and powered by artificial intelligence. We sell B2B in the Saas model.
We are a remote-first company with the team based mostly in Warsaw, which enables us to meet from time to time.
Workplace type: remote work with office visits at least once a month (or more!)
#### What will you do?
● Explore Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube data and its commercial usage.
● Manage the entire sales process: prospecting -demoing- preparing offer- follow ups negotiating & closing a deal with our help!
● Understand clients' needs
● Cross-sell our tailor-made reports.
● Gather feedback and make a real impact on Sotrender’s development.
● Maintain Sotrender trial satisfaction at the highest point.
● Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams
#### What do we need from you?
● Experience in sales at least 1 year (SaaS is an advantage)
● High motivation and an extroverted personality.
● Openness to feedback and a strong desire to learn and grow
● Enjoy working both independently and as a part of team
● Goal-oriented personality (for example the goal in the begging for you is to run 20 meetings/month)
● Interest in digital marketing and social media
● Fluency in Polish & English
● Creativity in your work and the ability to think outside the box.

● Knowledge of the sales tools ex. Hubspot would be great!
